As we deal with and safeguard administrative, accounting, logistical, pricing, products and process information on behalf of clients who externalize some of their activities with us, we have had information security at the forefront of our minds for a while.
In 2020, we decided to start the process to obtain the ISO/EIC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems accreditation which we have renewed again this year.
What does this mean?
Every year, we review our processes guaranteeing the safe keeping of our own data and the data of our clients. This stringent process ensures that we keep information securely by putting in place systems and processes against risks of loss, damage or any other threat to this data.
In a nutshell, it means that the security of our financial information, intellectual property, employee details, or any information our clients and partners give us is managed with the best of care.
It means that we continually improve our processes to securely keep data.
Why is this important?
We nurture long-lasting relationships with our clients, partnering with them means there is trust on both sides and doing our utmost to securely keep and use data entrusted to us reinforces our values and commitment to serving our clients to the highest standards.
With the ISO/EIC 27001:2013 certification, we are not just claiming something, we can show proof of it.
We thank MSECB’s team for their kindness, knowledge and understanding of our business.
